Paul Rifkin | The Future of Food
Executive Chef Consultant, chefpaulrifkin consulting

While lockdowns may well be past us now, it’s produced new challenges which saw an increased reliance on takeaway, wage costs increases and the current staffing crisis.  Many operators have seen the current crisis as an opportunity to pivot their businesses to not only survive the effects of the pandemic but to create more resilient business models to thrive in 2022.

With shutdowns, staff shortages, and consumer reluctance defining the dining scene throughout 2021 and into the start of 2022, there have been tremendous pressures on an industry to redefine how they operate.

Paul will share his thoughts on the future of food in the club industry.

Adam Franklin

Adam Franklin helps businesses build their online profile and generate new business via digital marketing.  He is the author of Web Marketing That Works; an Amazon #1 best seller, with his work featured in Forbes, Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, The Australian, and the Sydney Morning Herald.

Adam will walk you through the digital marketing & social media landscape for the Clubs industry, specifically:
  • What a digital marketing strategy looks like
  • Developing a 1-page marketing strategy
  • How to leverage staff and members to produce content
  • How to handle negative comments on social media - a practical framework
  • Why all roads lead to your email list
All attendees would receive a bundle of practical marketing templates so you can start implementing strategies ASAP!

Anthony Trimarchi
