Cost: complimentary for member clubs however a $200 per person deposit will be required at time of booking to secure your place. As long as you attend on the day this will be refunded to you within 14 days post event however any cancellations within 7 days of the event date and/or if you don’t turn up on the day will result in the money being forfeited.

All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.
Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training:
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given if you cancel your registration within seven (7) full working days of the commencement of the Event/Training Course.
