Performance Management and Misconduct Workshop

The Workplace Relations Team will take you through a full day workshop which is designed to assist you to identify and address performance and misconduct issues in a practical way.

 

 



The workshop will cover the following training topics:

  • identifying and addressing performance issues,
  • writing and implementing a performance improvement plan (practical session),
  • identifying misconduct issues, including when an issue amounts to serious misconduct,
  • how to deal with a misconduct issue,
  • conducting an investigation, and
  • going through the disciplinary process (practical session).

INVESTMENT

  • WRC Comprehensive subscribers: $90
  • WRC Essentials subscribers: $235
  • Non-WRC subscribers: $525

Inclusions: workbook, arrival tea & coffee, morning & afternoon teas & lunch.

Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training: 
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund.  Refunds will not be given if you cancel your registration within seven (7) full working days of the commencement of the Event/Training Course.
