How to be involved
This year, you have the option of attending the event either face-to-face or via our livestream. If you choose the livestream option, you will receive a link to join the livestream two days prior to the event.

If your Club is part of the WRC Comprehensive service, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary tickets, either to attend face-to-face or via the livestream. Additional tickets are available to purchase if required. To book your complimentary tickets, please ensure you are logged in to the website and the complimentary ticket option will come up as a booking option. Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training:
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund. Refunds will not be given if you cancel your registration within seven (7) full working days of the commencement of the Event/Training Course.
