Peter Davis
The hospitality industry was destined to be a part of Peter Davis’s life after his father spent many years working in the hotel business in QLD, with stints at the Hamilton & Albion Hotels. It didn’t take long for this to catch on with Peter starting in the pub game during his final year at school. Hotel’s featured for 5 years working with the McGuire Group and Dooley’s Hotel, all thoroughly enjoyed by Peter before he started selling beer with Carlton & United Breweries in 1995. Peter worked for 15 years at CUB, which included both state and national roles across on-premise clubs & hotels as well as off premise groups. Since 2010 Peter has been the State Manager for CCA.
Ross Ferrar
Ross Ferrar has worked in the Gaming Industry since 1979, in several jurisdictions in Australia and Europe. He has held senior management positions in casino table gaming, networked keno gaming and machine monitoring and networked jackpot operations; along with a number of industry representative roles.
