Future Forum: The Future of Food & Beverage

We are excited to announce bookings are now open for the 2026 Future Forum. This year’s theme is The Future of Food and Beverage and is a must-attend event for all clubs looking to future-proof their venue.

 

Join leading industry minds for a full day of keynote presentations and expert-led panel discussions as we reimagine the future of food, beverage and club hospitality. Thee forum will examine the trends, technologies and ideas shaping tomorrow’s venues, from innovation and venue design to technology, AI, and consumer behaviour.
 
Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect and network with industry peers, sharing ideas to help drive the future success of their clubs.

WHAT EXCELLENCE LOOKS LIKE & THINKING BIG

Presented by Vicki Le, Chief Commercial Officer, Cabravale Club Resort
  
This session is all about hospitality spaces that drive engagement and revenue excellence in community clubs, with a look at what experiences and innovations will create the greatest competitive advantage over the next decade. 
  
Vicki Le will share insights into innovative venue design, flexible and multi-purpose dining environments, wellness and nature-connected design principles, climate-responsive architecture, and designing spaces for multiple generations of members. 

THE COMMERCIAL REALITY OF FUTURE FOOD & BEVERAGE INNOVATION

Industry Panel, moderated by Scott Drinkwater, featuring Joel Fernandez, Greenbank Services Club & Gurubakshsingh Bhathal, Carina Leagues Club.

This panel discussion will draw on first-hand experience from venues, answering questions on premiumisation versus affordability, managing rising food and labour costs and delivering innovation whilst protecting margins.

Clubs Queensland booking information:
Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Clubs Queensland via [email protected]. Your registration will be refunded if cancellation is received in writing at least seven (7) business days before the event. Cancellations made after this time cannot be refunded. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person at no cost.
