Performance Management Workshop - Bundaberg - 16/11/21
The Performance Management and Misconduct Workshop is designed for managers and supervisors who are responsible for employee counselling, discipline and performance appraisal.

This full day workshop will assist participants to identify and address performance and misconduct issues in a practical way.
 
The workshop will include the following training topics:
  • Identifying and addressing performance issues,
  • Writing and implementing a Performance Improvement Plan (Practical Session), 
  • Identifying misconduct issues, including when an issue amounts to serious misconduct,
  • How to deal with a misconduct issue, 
  • Conducting an investigation,
  • Going through the disciplinary process (Practical Session).
Inclusions: Morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and materials.

Time: 9:00am to 4:00pm
Where: Brothers Sports Club Bundaberg
Cost: WRC Comprehensive subscribers - $80. WRC Essentials subscribers - $150. Non-WRC subscribers - $495.

Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training: 
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund.  Refunds will not be given if you cancel your registration within seven (7) full working days of the commencement of the Event/Training Course.
