Join us via Zoom for a practical, half-day workshop providing training and experience in drafting employment contracts for club employees.

Nat Milevskiy, Senior Workplace Relations and Compliance Advisor, will delve into the principles of drafting compliant employment contracts and explain:
  • The purpose and application of clauses within the employment contract,
  • How to correctly classify an employee,
  • How to correctly remunerate an employee; and
  • How to maintain your contracts of employment.
The workshop is designed to equip you with the essential practical skills needed to prepare, draft and maintain an employment contract to minimise legal risks and disputation.

Bookings are essential for all events to avoid disappointment. All booking must be paid in full prior to the event.

Registration Cancellation Policy Events and Training: 
You must inform the Clubs Queensland in writing if you wish to cancel part or full registration at least seven (7) full working days prior to the Event/Training Course date to receive a full refund.
