These informal meetings are conducted by the Workplace Relations team and allow clubs to take part in discussions covering a wide range of topics associated with awards, enterprise agreements and contemporary Human Resources issues. The discussions are tailored to assist Managers and Committee members in understanding the importance of employer-employee relationships and ensuring that the correct processes are taken with regard to all employee issues.


The Workplace Relations team provides direction and advice on topics including, but not limited to:

  • classifications and rates of pay;
  • working hours;
  • staff entitlements;
  • disciplinary procedures;
  • staff performance;
  • other relevant areas.
