This Liquor Licensing Division approved program offers all levels of staff an introduction to the principles behind ‘Responsible Service’ and encourages a responsible, educated and professional approach to the serving of alcohol. This training program provides a useful resource for all members of the liquor industry, and assists in the ongoing promotion of the responsible service of alcohol in accordance with the Liquor Act 1992 and harm minimisation principles:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Minors
• Unduly intoxicated and disorderly patrons
• House policy
• Security
• Staff training
• Promotions
• Responsible hospitality practices
• Noise and amenity
• Consultation with the community and key stakeholders
• Compliance with laws
• Indigenous issues.

Clubs Queensland offers Responsible Service of Alcohol training in three different formats;

• as an in-house session at your club
• in public scheduled courses through Club Training Australia
• or online via Club Training Australia's elearning

For only $850* have up to 20 of your staff trained in RSA.  If your club does not have 20 participants we suggest you contact surrounding licensed venues and invite them along to your training.

Clubs Queensland offers Responsible Service of Alcohol online via Club Training Australia.

This is the Queensland Liquor Licensing Division Approved (LLD) ONLINE Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) training package for only $50.00 per person, includes Statement of Attainment.
