Community
The issue of social responsibility for Queensland not-for-profit community clubs rests firmly on the strength of one principle - giving back to the communities that have helped make community clubs successful.
Clubs Queensland believes in the principles of community responsibility, of achieving success in ways that honour our society's values, and respect for the people and the communities in which we work and live.  This belief is shared by the variety of community clubs that extend to virtually every corner of Queensland.

Annually, not-for-profit community clubs in Queensland contribute more than $668 million back to the communities that support them.

As the peak body for Queensland’s registered not-for-profit community clubs, Clubs Queensland takes a strategic approach to good corporate citizenship through programs developed to address specific needs and achieve specific goals within our communities.  Our commitment to the community is targeted at five (5) broad categories that we feel represent the core values and general well-being of the community at large - health, education, safety, children and community prosperity.

Like our member community clubs, Clubs Queensland firmly believes that the socially responsible actions we take today will produce bottom-line benefits to our community tomorrow and in the future.
