It is a web-based, cost-effective, subscription service for club management to continually monitor the performance of their clubs. Benchmarker allows participating clubs to compare their individual performance against the greater Queensland club industry, against a large selection of key performance indicators. There is a particular focus on food, beverage and gaming operations. Benchmarker is administered by Club Data Online which provides comprehensive data analysis for Queensland clubs.
